I’m Dr. Ray, a Dr. of Physical Therapy specializing in rehabilitative care, strength training, and performance coaching. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University in 2017. Since, I have worked extensively in outpatient orthopedics while continuing to coach and train in the strength and conditioning space.
I’ve always been fascinated by the rehab process and take great pride in helping people move better, get stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Through ongoing continuing education and personal journey I’ve deepened my skill set in treating musculoskeletal injuries and guiding clients through safe, effective strength and performance based training.
Outside the clinic, I maintain an active lifestyle that includes running, weight-lifting, cross-fit style workouts and staying active with my daughters. I’m passionate about helping people remain active long term by reducing fear around movement, injury, and exercise — and by building confidence through strength.

The Three Step Process

Whatever your purpose for coming to PT may be I work with you 1:1 to understand your personal goals, concerns and history to identify the underlying reason(s) of your unique issue.
2. Foundation
After learning about you and understanding your purpose for Physical Therapy, I provide various treatments to reach your goals. This comes in various forms and may include: Manual therapy, movement assessments, in session exercises, and a home exercise program.
3. Reclaim
After you have reclaimed your active way of life. We ensure you will be stronger and more resilient than ever, by continuing to give the knowledge & tools needed to exceed you performance through our Premier Performance Program, delivered right to your pocket weekly.
